Our Story

Level213 was founded to solve the challenges faced by growing companies. We noticed a consistent gap for hyper growth companies that have aggressive sales goals, but lack infrastructure, strategy, and skill set to achieve them. They recognize the importance of sales enablement, training, and coaching, but don't have the internal resources readily available to them. 

Our expertise has been honed through many years of experience within companies of all stages, from newly funded start-ups to global enterprises. Because we have worked directly in roles that include sales, sales management, sales enablement, consulting, training, and coaching, we have the depth of understanding required to build solutions for our client's growth challenges.

Amanda Ambrose

Amanda Ambrose brings more than 20 years of experience, working with technology companies in sales, operations, management, and consulting roles. Amanda has worked with organizations of all sizes, ranging from early stage startups, to large, global enterprises.  As co-founder of Level213, Amanda is thrilled to continue working with growing companies looking to level up their teams.

In the training and consulting realm, Amanda focuses primarily on assessments, sales process, resource development, learning integration, sales coaching, and strategic client management. Amanda also develops and facilitates customized programs for clients based on their needs.     

For leadership development and executive coaching, Amanda draws on a wide variety of certifications, resources and experience. The combination of Co-Active Coaching (CPCC), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuroscience of Coaching, customized 360 evaluations, as well as elite athletic training and competition, allows Amanda to build customized tools and strategies to create ongoing leadership development, communication, performance, and engagement with her clients.

High performance sports has been a central theme of Amanda’s life. She grew up riding and showing Hunter Jumper horses and currently trains with Olympian Peter Breakwell. In addition to equestrian sports, Amanda trained as a cyclist at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO and raced for the US National Cycling Team. Amanda also has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.







Roz Greenfield

After a successful career as a top producing sales rep and sales manager, Roz Greenfield spent 10 years in sales enablement for tech companies developing and training superior sales teams. She successfully led sales enablement groups working with sales teams in both the large global enterprise as well as small to mid-size startup SaaS companies.

Roz believes that sales enablement should encompass all the elements that the sales team needs to do their job effectively. As a sales enablement leader, she has:

  • Led the complete execution of all facets for multiple, award winning sales kick off events
  • Built world-class sales on-boarding programs
  • Led the evaluation, selection, execution, rollout, and adoption of sales methodology and strategy
  • Created a full suite of enablement resources to ensure the sales teams have the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to perform at their best

Driven by her desire to have a larger impact and work with more organizations, Roz co-founded Level213, where she provides solutions for critical sales enablement challenges.

Roz is passionate about storytelling, discovery, exploration, learning - [data with soul] and the success of your sales team. When not working with sales teams, she can be found directing and producing documentary films that tell the unique stories of remarkable humans.
