How long is the program?
The program runs for 5.5 months
How often do we meet?
We meet bi-weekly, with two 60-minute sessions per month

Is the book included in the program fee?
Yes, the book (in your choice of Kindle or paperback) is included in the program fee

What can I expect from the discussion sessions?
Each session will include a recap of the assigned chapters, a guided discussion, action planning exercises, and you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, and ask questions
Will I be able to use the theory for my specific projects?
Yes, we will definitely use your current projects as examples and apply the concepts to them
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, all of the sessions will be recorded and posted within the Slack community
What kind of resources will I receive?
You'll receive practical templates, checklists, and other resources to help you implement the strategies discussed in the book
What are the "office hours" in the Tier 2 and 3 pricing?
The office hours are additional times that we will be available to answer deeper or more nuanced questions that you may have, or gain clarity on any concepts that you may want to work more intensively on
What does the 1:1 coaching session in the Tier 3 program entail?
The 1:1 coaching session is a personalized session to help you further customize your Enablement strategy and approach to your specific needs and challenges

We prefer ACH, direct invoice, or Zelle transfer, but can accept major credit cards (processing fee may apply)
